This Privacy Policy describes how oryntrader ("we") amasses, processes and safeguards personal data when you use and Services. We serve as controller for this information.
Data collected. Identity and contact data and similar identity data alongside KYC paperwork required by regulation. Also collected: trade and settlement records, device data and support messages. EU/UK lawful bases: performing the contract, legal obligation, and legitimate interest.
Purpose of use. Operating your account, settling trades, meeting compliance, fraud prevention, platform security, plus optional product emails with an instant opt-out.
Sharing. Sharing is limited to running vendors (custodial, payment, identity), regulators upon lawful request, and anonymised analytics. We never sell personal data.
Retention and security. Retention lasts through the account life plus statutory windows (typically five-seven years for transaction records). Security: AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, and ISO 27001-checked access limits.
