1. Eligibility. Applicants must be of legal age and legally competent to sign binding agreements. Where the platform are unlicensed or unavailable, residents are not eligible. Account accuracy and login secrecy are your duty.
2. The Services. oryntrader runs an electronic marketplace for the markets listed on this platform. No part of this is personal advice; each decision remains yours. Shown quotes and data serves information only and can lag or delay at moments.
3. Risks. Trading brings serious downside and is for those who can hold through it. Margin products may take drawdowns past the collateral posted. Risk only capital which losing entirely you could withstand.
4. Fees. Charges, spreads and carry rates are shown on our Fees page and constitute part of these Terms. Pricing may shift after fair notice.
5. Prohibited uses. Manipulation, vulnerability abuse, IP infringement and illegal use are not permitted. Laundering plus sanctions violations are included by the same bar.
6. Liability. Where law permits legal extent, oryntrader is not liable for indirect, special and consequential losses tied to your use of Services.
7. Amendments. These Terms may be updated over time. Using the Services after changes means agreement. Governing law is the registered jurisdiction where our operator is registered.
